Registration fee

Registration fees for JWPS 2026 are listed below. Participants are encouraged to complete early bird registration by August 31, 2026.

Please submit the registration form before proceeding to payment. Payment instructions differ according to the participant category and location, as described below.

Registration is considered complete only after the registration form has been submitted and the applicable registration fee has been paid.

For participants in Japan

Please use bank transfer

Participants residing in Japan are requested to pay the registration fee by bank transfer to Yucho Bank. After submitting the registration form, the JWPS2026 Secretariat will send the bank account details to you by email.

For participants outside Japan

Please pay online via Stripe

Please complete your payment via Stripe by the applicable deadline using the payment section below. Select the appropriate registration category from the dropdown list.

Note: Online participants from China will receive separate payment instructions directly from the JWPS2026 Secretariat. Please do not use the Stripe payment options below.

After submitting the registration form, select your registration category below. Only the corresponding official Stripe payment button will be displayed. For a regular participant with accompanying person(s), select the number of accompanying persons on the Stripe payment page before completing payment.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Registration fees are non-refundable after payment.
    If a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment is identified, please contact the JWPS2026 Secretariat. The JWPS2026 Organizing Committee will review the case and determine the appropriate handling.
    If JWPS2026 is cancelled by the organizer, the JWPS2026 Organizing Committee will announce the applicable procedure separately.

  • Receipt

    For payments made through Stripe, a payment receipt may be issued through Stripe after successful payment. For bank transfers or any additional receipt information, please contact the JWPS2026 Secretariat.

  • Payment Errors

    If your Stripe payment fails or if you are unsure whether it was completed, please contact the JWPS2026 Secretariat before making another payment.
