Workshop place

The workshop will be held in Aobayama Campus, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. International participants can reach Tokyo via Narita or Haneda International Airport, both of which offer frequent connections from major cities worldwide. From Tokyo, Sendai is accessible in about 1.5 hours by Shinkansen. Alternatively, Sendai Airport serves several international routes and is connected to Sendai Station by a direct rail line.

Accommodation

Sendai is one of the major cities in northeastern Japan and a popular destination for both business and tourism. As a result, accommodation around the venue is often in high demand throughout the year. Participants are therefore encouraged to book their hotels as early as possible.
